Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope of Application
   These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through our online shop as part of our crowdfunding campaign. By submitting your order, you agree to these T&C.

2. Conclusion of Contract

3. The contract is concluded as soon as you submit your order and we accept it by sending you a confirmation email. The products in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.

4. Prices and Payment Terms
   All prices stated include the statutory VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

 

Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods:

• Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

• PayPal: You can pay securely and quickly with your PayPal account.

 

The invoice amount will be debited directly from your credit card or PayPal account after completing the order.

 

1. Delivery and Shipping
   Details regarding delivery conditions, shipping costs, and delivery times can be found in our shipping policies. We currently only ship physical T-shirts. All other products in our shop are digital and will not be physically shipped.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
   You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. Personalized or custom-made T-shirts are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless they have a production defect.

3. Retention of Title
   The goods remain our property until full payment is made.

4. Warranty
   The statutory warranty applies. If you find any defects in the delivered goods, please contact us immediately.

6. Liability
   We are only liable for slight negligence if it concerns damages related to life, body, or health, or if essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) are affected.

7. Applicable Law
   German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.

8. Final Provisions
   Should any provisions of these T&C be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will remain unaffected.
